    SECTION 1905

    No costs on plea of bankruptcy

    New York City Civil Court Act (CCA) CHAPTER 693, ARTICLE 19

    § 1905. No costs on plea of bankruptcy. Where the defendant recovers
    judgment upon the defense of bankruptcy, he shall not be entitled to
    costs.
