Appropriations for abolished courts carried over
New York City Civil Court Act (CCA) CHAPTER 693, ARTICLE 22
§ 2206. Appropriations for abolished courts carried over. All
budgetary appropriations made by the city of New York for the use and
requirements of the city or municipal courts of said city, for the
fiscal year of the city of New York in which this act takes effect, and
unexpended balances thereof for prior years, shall be, so far as needed,
allotted and transferred to the use of this court.
