    SECTION 41

    Representation of members

    Cooperative Corporations (CCO) CHAPTER 77, ARTICLE 3

    § 41. Representation of members. If a member be other than a natural
    person, such member may be represented by any individual duly authorized
    in writing filed with the corporation.
