    Application

    Senate Rules (CMS) CHAPTER , JOINT_RULE 1

    § 6. Application. The provisions of this Joint Rule shall apply to
    bills and amendments proposed for introduction at the nineteen hundred
    eighty-five regular legislative session and permanently thereafter.
