    SECTION 4

    Political year and legislative term

    Constitution (CNS) CHAPTER , ARTICLE XIII

    § 4. The political year and legislative term shall begin on the first
    day of January; and the legislature shall, every year, assemble on the
    first Wednesday after the first Monday in January.
