SECTION 5
Bail; fines; punishments; detention of witnesses
Constitution (CNS) CHAPTER , ARTICLE I
§ 5. Excessive bail shall not be required nor excessive fines imposed,
nor shall cruel and unusual punishments be inflicted, nor shall
witnesses be unreasonably detained.
