    SECTION 104

    Submission of proposition or question

    County (CNT) CHAPTER 11, ARTICLE 3

    § 104. Submission of proposition or question. Except as provided by
    the municipal home rule law, a proposition or question required by or
    pursuant to law to be approved by the qualified electors of the county
    shall be submitted in the manner provided by section one hundred two of
    this article.
