    Rules and regulations

    County (CNT) CHAPTER 11, ARTICLE 5-B

    § 280-o. Rules and regulations. The governing body shall have power to
    adopt, amend and repeal, from time to time, rules and regulations for
    the operation of a county district including regulation of the manner of
    the construction of the county district and all facilities and
    appurtenances.
