    Assessment of the cost

    County (CNT) CHAPTER 11, ARTICLE 5-D

    § 299-s. Assessment of the cost. The expense of the establishment of a
    watershed district and of providing improvements therein, including
    modifications, shall be assessed, levied and collected in the same
    manner as is provided in section two hundred seventy-one of this
    chapter.
