    Office of minority and women's business development; transfer

    Economic Development Law (COM) CHAPTER 15, ARTICLE 4-A

    § 116. Office of minority and women's business development; transfer.
    All the functions and powers possessed by and all the obligations and
    duties of the governor's office of minority and women's business
    development office, created and established in the executive law
    pursuant to and by chapter two hundred sixty-one of the laws of nineteen
    hundred eighty-eight, are hereby transferred and assigned to, assumed by
    and devolved upon the department of economic development.
