Reporting requirements
Economic Development Law (COM) CHAPTER 15, ARTICLE 5-C
§ 177. Reporting requirements. 1. On or before October first of each
year, grant recipients shall report to the department on the use of
grant funds. The report shall include, where appropriate, total project
or activity cost, or description of the activity or project, the number
of persons served, an outline of plans to continue the activity or
project, whether such grants shall be required in future years, and any
other information that the commissioner may deem necessary.

2. On or before November first of each year, the department shall
report to the governor and the temporary president of the senate and the
minority leader of the senate and the speaker of the assembly and the
minority leader of the assembly of its findings, conclusions and
recommendations on the implementation of the provisions of this article.
