Definitions
Economic Development Law (COM) CHAPTER 15, ARTICLE 5-F
§ 181-f. Definitions. For the purposes of this article the following
terms shall have the following meanings:
1. "Senior" shall mean persons of at least sixty years or older;
2. "Senior tourism attraction" shall mean a tourism attraction as
identified by a participatory organization that specifies opportunities
for seniors.
