    Rules and regulations

    Economic Development Law (COM) CHAPTER 15, ARTICLE 6-A

    § 189-d. Rules and regulations. The authority is hereby authorized to
    promulgate such rules and regulations as it deems necessary to fulfill
    the purposes of this article.
