    SECTION 430

    Short title

    Economic Development Law (COM) CHAPTER 15, ARTICLE 21

    § 430. Short title. This article shall be known and may be cited as
    the "SUNY Tax-free Areas to Revitalize and Transform UPstate New York
    program," or the "START-UP NY program".
