    SECTION 85

    Segregation of certain women

    New York City Criminal Court Act (CRC) CHAPTER 697, ARTICLE 6

    § 85. Segregation of certain women. Whenever any woman is accused or
    convicted before the court of any crime arising out of an industrial
    dispute, such woman shall be segregated from the other incarcerated
    individuals thereof in any jail, prison or institution to which she may
    be committed.
