    Display of flag

    New York City Criminal Court Act (CRC) CHAPTER 697, ARTICLE 6

    § 93. Display of flag. It shall be the duty of the officer, employee
    or person having the care of any courtroom used by the court to display
    the American flag in each such room during all hours that the court is
    in session.
