    Prohibition against transfer of employees to competitive class

    Civil Service (CVS) CHAPTER 7, ARTICLE 8, TITLE A

    § 123. Prohibition against transfer of employees to competitive
    class. Nothing in title A of this article shall be construed to effect a
    transfer to the competitive class of the civil service of any employee
    not heretofore included in such service.
