    SECTION 1601

    Trustees constitute a board and body corporate

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 2, ARTICLE 33

    § 1601. Trustees constitute a board and body corporate. The sole
    trustee or the trustees of a common school district shall constitute a
    board for such district and such board is hereby created a body
    corporate.
