    Property held by trustees as corporation

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 2, ARTICLE 33

    § 1603. Property held by trustees as corporation. All property which
    is now vested in, or shall hereafter be transferred to the trustees of a
    common school district, for the use of schools in the district, shall be
    held by them as a corporation.
