Powers and duties of a sole trustee
Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 2, ARTICLE 33
§ 1605. Powers and duties of a sole trustee. The sole trustee of a
common school district shall possess all the powers and be subject to
all the duties, liabilities and penalties which the law imposes upon a
board of three trustees.
