    SECTION 1612

    Payment by trustee to successor

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 2, ARTICLE 33

    § 1612. Payment by trustee to successor. An outgoing trustee shall
    forthwith pay, to his successor or any other trustees of the district in
    office, all moneys in his hands belonging to the district.
