    SECTION 2125

    Collector to disburse state moneys

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 2, ARTICLE 43, PART 2

    § 2125. Collector to disburse state moneys. In any school district
    which does not have a treasurer it shall be the duty of the collector of
    such district to disburse the money apportioned by the state.
