    SECTION 2129

    Deposit of moneys by treasurer and collector

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 2, ARTICLE 43, PART 2

    § 2129. Deposit of moneys by treasurer and collector. All moneys
    received by the treasurer and collector shall be deposited and secured
    in the manner provided by section ten of the general municipal law.
