Expenses of town clerks
Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 2, ARTICLE 43, PART 3
§ 2141. Expenses of town clerks. The necessary expenses and
disbursements of the town clerk in the performance of his said duties,
are a town charge, and shall be audited and paid as such.
