    SECTION 2216

    District superintendent subject to regulations of commissioner of education

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 2, ARTICLE 45

    § 2216. District superintendent subject to regulations of commissioner
    of education. A district superintendent shall be subject to such
    regulations and directions as the commissioner of education shall from
    time to time prescribe.
