    Application of article

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 2, ARTICLE 52

    § 2550. Application of article. This article shall apply to the city
    school districts of the following cities only: New York, Buffalo,
    Rochester, Syracuse and Yonkers.
