Authority to raise and receive money for school library

§ 277. Authority to raise and receive money for school library. Each
city and school district in the state is hereby authorized to raise
moneys by tax in the same manner as other school moneys are raised, or
to receive moneys by gift or devise, for starting, extending or caring
for the school library.
