Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 5, ARTICLE 73, PART 2
§ 3626. Data for administration. The commissioner may require the
clerk of the board of education or the trustee of any school district
entitled to transportation aid to file any data deemed necessary for the
proper and efficient administration of this part and subdivision seven
of section thirty-six hundred two of this article.
