    SECTION 4317

    Purchase of equipment

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 6, ARTICLE 87

    § 4317. Purchase of equipment. The education department shall
    purchase all furniture, apparatus and other supplies necessary to the
    equipment and maintenance of the school in the most efficient manner.
