    SECTION 688

    Construction

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 1, ARTICLE 14, PART 4

    § 688. Construction. To the extent that the provisions of this
    article are inconsistent with the provisions of any other general or
    special law, rule, regulation or charter, the provisions of this article
    shall be controlling.
