    Practice of optometry and use of title "optometrist"

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 8, ARTICLE 143

    § 7102. Practice of optometry and use of title "optometrist". Only a
    person licensed or exempt under this article shall practice optometry or
    use the title "optometrist".
