    SECTION 7902

    Practice of occupational therapy and use of title "occupational therapist"

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 8, ARTICLE 156

    § 7902. Practice of occupational therapy and use of title
    "occupational therapist". Only a person licensed or otherwise authorized
    to practice under this article shall practice occupational therapy or
    use the title "occupational therapist".
