    SECTION 8509

    Duties of respiratory therapy technicians and use of the title "respiratory therapy technician"

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 8, ARTICLE 164

    § 8509. Duties of respiratory therapy technicians and use of the title
    "respiratory therapy technician". Only a person licensed or otherwise
    authorized under this article shall participate in the practice of
    respiratory therapy as a respiratory therapy technician and only a
    person licensed under this article shall use the title "respiratory
    therapy technician".
