Eminent Domain Procedure (EDP) CHAPTER 73, ARTICLE 5
§ 506. Note of issue; statement of readiness. In all acquisitions
under subdivision (B) of section five hundred one, the condemnor after
expiration of the period of time provided pursuant to subdivision (B) of
section five hundred two, shall serve and file a note of issue in
accordance with the applicable provisions of the civil practice law and
rules of the court.
