Appeals
Eminent Domain Procedure (EDP) CHAPTER 73, ARTICLE 6
§ 604. Appeals. Any party to an action pursuant to this article may
appeal on the sole ground that substantial justice has not been
accomplished between the parties according to the rules and principles
of substantive law.
