    SECTION 708

    Acquisition of other than real property

    Eminent Domain Procedure (EDP) CHAPTER 73, ARTICLE 7

    § 708. Acquisition of other than real property. Whenever any condemnor
    is authorized to acquire for a public use, title to property other than
    real property, the acquisition of such property shall be in the manner
    and procedure prescribed for the acquisition of real property under this
    chapter.
