    SECTION 12-400

    Short title

    Election (ELN) CHAPTER 17, ARTICLE 12, TITLE 4

    * § 12-400. Short title. This title shall be known and may be cited as
    "agreement among the states to elect the president by national popular
    vote".

    * NB Effective upon notification by the commissioner of the state
    board of elections upon the occurence of the adoption of the agreement
    among the states to elect the president by national popular vote by two
    or more states.
