    SECTION 7-209

    Elimination of punch card ballots

    Election (ELN) CHAPTER 17, ARTICLE 7, TITLE 2

    § 7-209. Elimination of punch card ballots. Notwithstanding any other
    provision of law, on or after September first, two thousand six, no
    punch card ballot or punch card voting system shall be used in any
    manner in the conduct of any election.
