    Administration

    Energy (ENG) CHAPTER 17-A, ARTICLE 12

    § 12-101-a. Administration. Notwithstanding any other provision of
    law, the New York state energy research and development authority shall
    be deemed to have the responsibility and authority to implement the
    provisions of this article.
