    Rules and regulations

    Energy (ENG) CHAPTER 17-A, ARTICLE 12

    § 12-108. Rules and regulations. Not later than six months from the
    effective date of this act, the commissioner shall promulgate rules and
    regulations as necessary for the effective implementation of this
    article.
