    SECTION 12-112

    Prohibition of waiver

    Energy (ENG) CHAPTER 17-A, ARTICLE 12

    § 12-112. Prohibition of waiver. Any waiver by the owner of a solar
    thermal system of the provisions of this article shall be deemed
    contrary to public policy and shall be unenforceable and void.
