    SECTION 5-121

    Reserved power of the governor

    Energy (ENG) CHAPTER 17-A, ARTICLE 5

    § 5-121. Reserved power of the governor. Nothing contained in this
    chapter shall be construed to limit, curtail, abolish or terminate any
    function or power of the governor which he had prior to the effective
    date hereof.
