§ 11-0319. Seasons, limits and manner of taking fish in waters of New

York City water supply open to public.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this article and subject to the
approval of the New York City Department of Environmental Protection,
the department shall have power to adopt regulations establishing open
seasons, minimum size limits, manner of taking and daily and seasonal
limits for taking fish in the waters of the New York City water supply
which are open or may be opened in the future to the public for fishing.
