    Sale of live wild birds

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 11, TITLE 17

    § 11-1728. Sale of live wild birds.

    Except as permitted by rule and regulation of the department, no
    person shall sell live wild birds, as defined in paragraph b of
    subdivision six of section 11-0103 of this chapter, unless such birds
    were born and raised in captivity.
