    Bonds

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 15, TITLE 5

    § 15-0509. Bonds.

    The department may require the posting of a bond by permittees
    conditioned upon compliance with the terms of permits issued pursuant to
    the provisions of title 5 of this article.
