    SECTION 15-0909

    Payment of costs

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 15, TITLE 9

    § 15-0909. Payment of costs.

    The expense of any hearing initiated by petition shall be certified by
    the department to the person or public corporation filing such petition,
    and shall be paid by such petitioner within thirty days after the
    receipt of the certificate.
