    SECTION 16-0101

    State participation in federal flood control program

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 16

    § 16-0101. State participation in federal flood control program.

    It is hereby declared that the state deems it advisable to participate
    in a federal program of flood control in the state of New York in the
    manner hereinafter described.
