    Projects authorized

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 16

    § 16-0109. Projects authorized.

    The projects herein authorized consist in general of all projects for
    flood control lying wholly or partially within the state of New York
    which have been or may be approved by the federal government and for
    which federal funds shall be made available.
