    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 16

    § 16-0119. Disbursements.

    The moneys hereby appropriated shall be payable by the commissioner of
    taxation and finance on the audit and warrant of the comptroller on
    vouchers approved by the commissioner.
