    Rules and regulations

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 17, TITLE 8

    § 17-0804. Rules and regulations.

    The rules and regulations adopted by the department to implement this
    title and the provisions of article 70 of this chapter and rules and
    regulations thereunder shall govern permit applications, renewals,
    modifications, suspensions and revocations under this title.
